Kevin is passionate about real estate. He loves helping buyers find that special place and helping sellers getting their house sold while protecting their bottom line. Kevin is a local area expert with 16+ years in real estate. He has also been a successful business owner for over 20 years. When not helping buyers and sellers, Kevin enjoys investing in real estate, fishing, and hiking with his wife. His four children have helped him to appreciate how important it is to make time for your family. This has helped him understand just how hard you work for your families as well. Angie Murray entered the real estate field originally in 2002 but stepped away to raise her family after her husband’s military deployment. She returned to real estate in 2011 as an assistant to Kevin Butcher and renewed her real estate license with Edina Realty in 2013. Her extensive background in customer service assures you a superior and personalized level of professionalism and care. Angie’s work as an assistant to one of the top agents in the area and a growing team, provides an abundant understanding of both the buying and selling process. Her Integrity, market knowledge, high-quality professional network, and availability and commitment to each client are the trademarks of how she will work for you. Angie believes good communication is the cornerstone of any successful relationship, and will listen carefully to ensure a better understanding of your unique needs to assist you in finding that perfect home. She is deeply rooted in the community through family, friends and the military and fire departments her husband serves. When she’s not in the office or out with clients you’ll find her spending quality time and having fun with her husband Alex, three kids; Dalina, Jorie, & Ryker, and her near and dear friends. After owning a successful business for over fourteen years, I decided to step forward and pursue my longtime dream. It’s not just real estate that I am passionate about, but helping people and families find the right home for them. Home is the comfort zone, it’s our soft place to land, it’s where we raise our children and create memories. My goal in the real estate business is to not only help people find the right home for them but to assist in selling properties that have been more than just a house, properties that have been a home.

As a family we enjoy downhill skiing, hunting, fishing and watersports at the cabin. We also enjoy simply just being together for a family game night or an evening around the camp fire.

Grace has been involved in the real estate world since 2010. She has the privilege of serving alongside her husband Carlos Espinoza, who is also a real estate professional. Together, they desire to aid their clients throughout the home buying and selling process with integrity, clear communication, and trust. Grace’s mission is not only to assist in finding the very best home for her clients, and represent her sellers well, but also to build a trust relationship with her clients to assure she understands the specific wants, needs, and desires of all she works with. Her ultimate goal is to make the home buying and selling experience as stress-free, clear cut, and most of all, as enjoyable as possible. Grace is an excellent communicator, who will keep you abreast of all developments during your real estate transactions.

Grace currently serves on the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtor’s Strategic Thinking Committee as well as the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtor’s Communication Committee. She recognizes the importance of constantly improving her skills as a licensed realtor.

Grace is one of seven children and was raised on a farm near Watertown. She knows the value of hard work done well, and the importance of team work to accomplish difficult tasks. When Grace is not working to meet the real estate needs of her clients, she and her husband enjoy spending time with family, meeting friends for a long chat over tea, reading, crocheting and volunteering to make her community a better place to live.

After moving to Minnesota from Ecuador as a child, Carlos was raised in the Twin Cities. Thus, he has grown to love and become familiar with the neighborhoods that make the Twin Cities such a unique and fun place to live. As the son of a single mother Carlos learned the importance and value of hard work and responsibility. In 2014 he graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in English and shortly thereafter began working in ministry where he invested in the lives of college students, as well as getting involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters. He now has the privilege of working on the Butcher Real Estate Team and learn from 35 years of experience, as well as contribute his experience of the market in the Twin Cities and his fluency in Spanish.

In addition to serving others in their pursuit of finding the right home, Carlos enjoys playing music, reading, taking bike rides, participating in Bible studies, and spending time with his wife in their Minneapolis neighborhood.
